B.J. has deep trial experience, as both an attorney and a consultant, and is able to deliver clear, independent, and timely results.

He gained signficant trial expereince during nearly a decade of practicing law in Ohio and Florida, including first-chair jury trial responsibility and appelate arguments. During that time, B.J. represented clients from multiple industries and sectors in mediation, arbitration, and all phases of court proceedings.

As a consultant, B.J. has supported key expert witnesses in multiple trials with potential damages exceeding $1B. He has experience leading teams of up to 150 cross-functional professionals while taking primary responsibility for the design of work flows, database layouts, and the preparation of written reports summarizing the process and results.

This combination of experience allows him to provide efficient and precise support in a manner than is fully compatible with the client's legal strategy.
